NOTES ON DELIVERY

All items purchased online in our SPEED SHOP will be delivered using an overnight delivery service (within the U.K.) or an international parcel service for overseas orders. These deliveries will require a signature upon delivery as proof of receipt. They cannot be delivered to a PO Box or an address where there is no one to sign for the delivery. Please make sure that delivery details are complete and that they include a company name where applicable.

Goods will normally be despatched within 24 hours of receipt of an order with the exception of Alpha Engine Management Systems which will normally take no more than a week. If we expect any delay in despatch we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible.

Title to the goods supplied will not pass to the customer until full payment is received.

Promise of delivery is given in good faith. However no liability will be accepted for subsequent unforeseen delays

Goods offered ex stock are subject to their being unsold on receipt of confirmation of an order.

Goods returned against orders correctly executed will be subject to a re-stocking charge of not less than 15% of the goods value and must be received within 30 days of purchase.

All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice.

Special orders cannot be cancelled or returned

Claims for damage or shortage will only be considered if notice is given in writing to the company and its carrier within three working days of receipt.

We reserve the right to revise the specification and/or prices of our products without prior notice.

We will not be held responsible for the failure of any component not supplied by ourselves.
