Carburettor Re-conditioning.

You could be forgiven for thinking that some of our re-conditioned carburettors are actually new! Carburettors are stripped down to bare castings before being vapour blasted. They are then cleaned using an ultra-sonic bath. They are then machined and re bushed prior to re-assembly using re-plated metal work. We understand the need for presentation, particularly on historic vehicles and always ensure that every carburettor looks "correct" for the intended application.

Rolling Road Tuning.

Our workshop is equipped with a computer controlled two-wheel drive rolling road dynomometer. Our staff are skilled in tuning all types of road, competition and historic cars. This is the icing on the cake in terms of car preparation. As well as getting your engine working at its best many other problems can be detected during a rolling road session. The money spent on this can save many hours of guesswork and can avoid frustrating failures on the road, track or rally stage.

Engine Management Systems.

For special requirements we can supply, or supply and install engine management systems to suit your needs. We offer impartial advise on this as one system may be more suitable for a particular application than another. We can also carry out calibration work on programmable engine management systems. As specialists we see a vast number of problem vehicles. This experience coupled with the latest diagnostic equipment means we are able to get to the bottom of difficult diagnostic problems quickly and efficiently.

Suspension

If you are thinking about improving the way your car handles we can supply and fit suspension kits, anti roll bars and suspension bushes that will transform the handling of your car. With our extensive experience in motor sport we can advise you on the best set up for your car.

Brakes

Improve your stopping power!!! Your car can stop a lot better with the right combination of disc and brake pad material. Replacement discs and pads are available for most popular cars that will improve the feel and efficiency of your brakes. In many cases the cost is no more than replacing them with standard items.
