LATEST NEWSBREXIT DAY(January 31, 2020)Today is ‘THE DAY’ that the United Kingdom officially leaves the European Union, however, there is nothing short term which will need to be amended due to the countries withdrawal.
Effective from 1st February until 31st December 2020 the UK has agreed a Transition Period with the EU.
All Current trading agreements and customs arrangements are to continue whilst the transition period is in effect.
The UK Government is already working with the EU and other countries around the world to negotiate new trade deals to come into effect once this transition period ends.
So going forward its business as usual, we will keep a close eye for changes from our customs & shipping agents along with contact with the regulatory government departments so we can keep abreast of future changes in legislation for when the transition period end |
